Bed linen and towels is included.
Exclusive tourist tax and heating costs for the house.
115 euro desinfection, etc. of the house.
Residual waste 6 Euro per bag of maximum 60 liters, other waste free of charge.
A deposit of 1/2 part is requested on booking with the remainder to pay the balance, sent 10 weeks before arrival, together with a returnable damage deposit of 500 Euro.
